Here's some information about shipping which we hope will help you:
We accept both PayPal and credit cards. All payments are securely processed by PayPal, who share your order and delivery details with us but don't share your private payment information.
We really hope you like your ecopapershapes but if you're not fully satisfied with your order you can return purchased products. We do recommend that you return goods via recorded delivery as we will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit.
Products must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging, within 7 working days from the date you take receipt of the goods. Once we've received them we'll refund you the sum of your order.
Please note though that this does not include the cost of delivery. We refund delivery costs only if the product is faulty or incorrect.
We make every effort to dispatch your parcel as soon as possible. Normally, delivery time from order will be 3-5 working days, provided items are in stock. All orders are sent via Royal Mail, using Standard First Class for UK deliveries and Standard Airmail for overseas orders.
We have only listed UK p&p in our shop but we're happy to ship further afield! Get in touch with us if you are outside the UK and would like to place an order so we can give you a quote.
We can't guarantee order cancellation unless we receive an email before the despatch of the goods – so if your order has already been despatched, please follow the guidelines set out above for returns.
Unfortunately we can't take responsibility for lost packages, so if you would prefer the peace of mind of a trackable postage service just get in touch with us and we can send you a PayPal request for the extra cost.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
