As Mother's Day looms, we've been thinking about things to make for mums. Which is not to say that chocolates and flowers aren't always appreciated too...

Minna used our Dress Up Doll to make this very finely observed mini version of her own mum. Leopard print: check. Orange lippy: check. Freckles: check. Silver streaks in hair: check.

It's always interesting to get a glimpse of how your kids see you. And how lovely would one of these look stuck to the front of a card or even put in a picture frame? It certainly made this mother very happy.
